My name is WheatDraws, but most everyone calls me Wheat.
He/Him, 27 years oldMost of my work features Dead by Daylight Chapter Concepts, custom Perk Packs and icons that are usable in-game for PC versions of the game, and as designer and artist working as part of the Dead by Daylight Community Concept Team.For artwork, I use Paint Tool Sai as my software of choice and an Intuos Pro M tablet to draw. HIGHLIGHTS

  • Worked on the Dead by Daylight Community Concept Team as a core member from 2020-2024 in advisory roles, UI creation, design documents, project management, and creative direction.

  • Made over 2500 icons across the Perk Pack Series project of reskinning and replacing nearly every icon in Dead by Daylight to be tailor-made to a specific character, their aesthetics, and story with a total of over 80 Perk Packs as of June 2025 since 2020.

  • Was commissioned by the Dead by Daylight Wiki to create icons by multiple Wiki team members.

  • In NightLight.gg's 2024 recap, The Perk Pack Series has received over 11k favorites from users and Perk Packs have been downloaded over 54k times by users in 2024 alone.

  • Since its start in 2020, The Perk Pack Series has published over 80 Perk Packs for different characters, resulting in a total of over 2000 icons across all Perk Packs available to download.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I reserve the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable with taking.Commission turnaround varies based on the amount of icons. For a few icons, less than a week, but upward of 20+ icons can take up to a month or two at most. If you have a deadline in mind, please notify me ahead of time or any concerns of time constraints.Commissions may be used as work examples unless the client has requested for them to not be shared. I occasionally post my commissions publicly. If you don't want me to post the artwork, please let me know. Commissioned work will be watermarked to prevent others from using it.You as a client must disclose any intent to reproduce or any intent to use my work in any commercial way beforehand. If this work is used in any commercial product or production, please contact me directly for a price adjustment based on the scope of its use.Any commission order of $40.00 USD or more is available for partial payment with a minimum of 50% of the order total paid after confirming the initial sketches. I will request the rest at a later date as I near completing the commission.If I do not hear back from you within a month's time from our last message about payment or progress, I'll send another message giving a week before I'll have to cancel the commission all together and any artwork created from that process belongs to me. If it is already paid, I will finish it as much as I can with the direction given and send it back to you with what contact info I have. Please be aware of this, and check your messages or let me know a preferred contact method that is mutually agreeable.If you are commissioning artwork based on an original character or a property owned by another individual or artist, I require that you have permission by the creator(s) and provide proof of it. Examples include "Siren Head" and "Long Horse" by Trevor Henderson or any other independent artist. If it is based on a character from a large film, comic, tv series, or so on where it is unrealistic to have a direct line of communication to, this rule may be ignored. If you are unsure about if your idea falls under this exception, please contact me about it.Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances to use any part of their commissioned artwork from me in commercial use without prior agreement or discussion. Clients are also not permitted to use any part of the commissioned artwork in any projects involved in cryptocurrency or used for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are commissions totally private?
I will still retain the right to use them as examples, but all commissions I create are totally up to the client to share them with who they please and at their discretion. All commissions are assumed private unless stated otherwise.Can I commission a Perk Pack / additions for your Perk Pack Series?
Yes, but I need to approve of the designs and ideas for these icons as they'll be available to the public. For more details please ask me about this directly ahead of time if possible.What size are the icons?
These icons are made to be put into the game files directly for Dead by Daylight, and on the same scale. The icon size is 256x256 px. If you'd like a larger image or version, please mention before hand. If you want game icons intended for other projects, please discuss with me first.How do you take payment?
I send a PayPal invoice to you via E-Mail. You don't need a PayPal account to pay it, just a digital payment method that PayPal accepts. Do NOT send me money prior to arranging commission details. I only accept payment once sketches are confirmed by you.How much information or reference should I provide for commissions?
I don't know what you want unless you tell me or let me know what freedom I have with the design and visuals. Please also supply any references that would make my job easier so I can make exactly what you want how you want it as well, such as photos, reference images, your own sketches, or any resource that would help with me understanding what you want. I may (in some rare cases) reject or turn away a commission if I feel like I don't know what I'm actually meant to be drawing for you.Why are your commissions priced that way?
Due to the cut that PayPal takes has been slowly increased over the past few years, prices have been adjusted accordingly so I still feel that my work is worth the time spent. For example, just a single icon ( $8 ) I get back roughly $5-6 from after transaction fees from PayPal, not to mention, transferring to my own bank. This may not seem like a lot, but it stacks up VERY quickly in terms of losing money to fees and transfers. I may offer specials or deals from time-to-time, but please understand prices are the way they are for a reason.

HOW TO GET PERK PACKS

The Perk Pack Series is officially on NightLight.gg's desktop application for easy installs to use in your Dead By Daylight games! If you already have the app installed, clicking the the respective Perk Pack portrait will open the app for you. You can also preview all icons in the pack by clicking the button below. If a character is greyed out, that means there is not a pack for them yet.
